Healthy Mind is in Healthy Body

Hello my name is Nastya! And I would like to tell you about Healthy Mind is in Healthy Body .  It is a well known fact, that Healthy Mind is in Healthy Body . And so, we shall sleep enough eat healthy food such us: vegetables, fruits, cereals, dairy products, soups and so on. Also we  shouldn't use modern gadgetsts 24/7. 
For example one os the most serious diseases is a shoulder strain. With new game consoles you have to mave around in front of the TV to control the action on-screen. When you make the same again and again it can cause strain to your shoulder.Doctors warn that you must not play for too long. I think it is a really good advice.

Also hearing loss is a very serious problem for teens nawdays. If you don't want to lose your hearing you should set the volume at a low level.
And do you know , that for many people phone is a life? And they use it very often, but they don't understand that mobile phone is full of bacteria. It can cause problem with your skin. Dermatolodists say that you should cleen your phone befor youy use it.
Also many people can;t live with out computures. If you use the computure often, you may have problems with your eyes, such us: blurred vision ,  dry eyes and so on. If you don't want to have theese poblems , you can follow the advice,wich doctors give for you: You should take frequent breaks. That's all.
Also many people  , when they wake up with a sore throat or a few spots run straight to the doctor.
Next time you wake up with a sore throat don't run straight to the doctor. Try opening the  kitchen cupboard instead! There are many natural remedies there. For example: 
Garlic has a bad reputation because of it's strong smell, but it's great for you immune system! 
Vinegar. And do you have a sun burn so painful you can't move? You could try adding one cup of white vinegar to a cool bath. This will soothe your skin. 
HONEY. Next time you have a sore throat try some honey, like garlic honey helps destoy bacteria. 
TEA. Can you feel a headache comng on? Boil some water and make yourself a nice cup of tea!
BAKING SODA. Do you have smelly feet? Sprinkle some baking soda in your shoes.
Ginger: Do you have an upset stomach ? Try some ginger.
These are just a few of the natural remedies in our cupboards! There are hundreds more!   
You should care about your heath, bacause it is one of the most important things in our life!
