Getting to know you

How do we judge people? Should we judge them by their appearance and character? By their body language and body types? Never judge a book by it's cover. To my mind all teens should take these saying into consideration.

Just remember that although teens' bodies change at different speeds, everyone ends up at more or less the same place in the end! The things you can't alter like your heigh or your shoe size, should be seen as strength and not weaknesses. If you feel good about yourself, the chances are other people will feel good about you too!
And sometimes instead of being worried about your spots, you would better think about your character features. Maybe you need to improve some of them. Nobody likes chatterbox, troublemakers, drama queens, and so on! And if one of u friends is a whinger you should give a little bit of sympathy, ones they get it, they should complete less. okay, they might complain less!

Body language can also be very informative. F. Ex. The haka  is the original dance of the Maori people it used to be performed as war cries. The haka originates from the native inhabitants of New Zealand, the Maori people. Nowadays it is performed to welcome important guests and simply to entertain.
Why don't you take a look at haka on YouTube?

And if you worry about your completion, you will never know about Dolphinese speak.
Dolphins have the second most evolved brain on the planet after the human race and they are highly sociable and intelligent and remarkably skilled at problem solving. If we can't understand life on this planet then there is no hope for our exploration of the Galaxy!
Don't concentrate only on your skin problems and extra weight, work on it! It's important to realise what things you can change about yourself and what things you can't
Be alive enjoy the moment!
