Surviving and Thriving. 

I guess , that everybody knows that our life is amazing, our world is unique. Philosophers and     world’s speakers tell us “enjoy every minute”. However, only one percent from one hundred people “live their day”. In another words, do their days special and happy. 

Others always think about tomorrow.  For instance: “tomorrow is going to be better”  , “tomorrow I will start the new life”. “TOMORROW I will be happy”. 

Moreover, the endless loop of such phrases can lead to depression. 

The thing is there is NO TIME for tomorrow. It is not about recklessly living life as if there is no tomorrow. The future is important to plan for, but it is important not to obsess about it to the extent that you neglect the present. Remember, the only way to get to the future is through a series of todays.

So, there are some obviously simple tips , that we should remember and do every day: 

1. Try to improve 1% each day: this doesn’t seem like much, but imagine how much you will have changed after just two weeks . Just try being 1% happier, healthier, and productive than yesterday and see what happens.

2. Celebrate Your Successes: Just find the time every day to celebrate your successes. Your mental spirit will become stronger, if you know that you are going in a right direction. 

3. Send a letter to your friend: It’s very important to share your emotions with friends. And remind yourself that there are people who support you and love you. 
4. Experiment with your style: every day should be like a new opportunity. It’s a well known fact that our appearance creates the atmosphere. And if you have something bright, you will make smile people around you. 
5. Time for breakfast: for me it’s momentous  how to start my day. And the morning is an incredible chance to concentrate on your plans, goals and create a great mood! 

In conclusion , I would like to introduce you the “Enjoy Life” poem :

Look to this day!

For it is life, the very life of life.

In its brief course

Lie all the truths and realities of existence:

The joy of growth,

The splendor of action,

The glory of power.

For yesterday is but a memory,

And tomorrow is only a vision;

But today, well lived, makes every yesterday

a memory of happiness,

And every tomorrow a vision of hope.

Look well, therefore, to this day!

Advantages:

• Breakups may make you stronger, so the inner power will be grow in your soul. 
• When you lost something, you will find the other thing in life. It’s the law of universe. 
• After broke ups people start to analyze their life and change it. So, everyone tries to correct their limitations. 
• Every broke up is an unique experience. And we should appreciate it , because broke up teaches us the life’s lesson. 
• You are becoming better, after broke ups we make big steps to our future. Also we are looking for the right life way. 

Disadvantages:  

• Broke up makes people feel lonely and disappointed. 
• People lose their interests and goals in life, so they are lost. 
• After broke ups we used to feel stress , and it can cause of serious diseases
• People around us also suffer, because broke ups often make us be aggressive and sad. 
• The scariest thing after broke ups is that person may mentally die. Sometimes people believe that if their relationships over, their life will be over to soon too. 

Today I would like to compare two photos.
First of all , we can see two middle aged gentlemen. Both photos are very bright and give us positive energy. And I guess that these two photos reflect the personality of the gentlemen.

Moreover, they seem to have a lot in common. For instance, both men are in good mood. They are in a quite natural environment for them as they look relaxed. Also we may see their gestures, apparently their body language indicates that they are really friendly and are ready for interpersonal interactions.

However, we may also notice  a number of differences between these two photos. Firstly, I would like to mention that in the left picture we may see that the person is ready to listen, while the person in the right picture is ready to share his ideas and views. To my mind, our math teacher seems much friendlier than Gevin. As for Gevin , he seems to be more self confident and bossy. Furthermore, the left hand picture is taken somewhere outside , so the light is more natural and the colors seem to be brighter than in the right picture.

As for me, the left photo is more to my liking , because I find it more positive as I can see a smile in the eyes and it always produces a very positive impression.

All in all, both  photos have their presence and very special atmosphere.

Final Topic 3 model

Our world is unique. Nobody knows how we appeared. And human civilization develops every day. we have created the rules and traditions of the society. 
Moreover we are humans and we have our rights. 

And unfortunately, sometimes there is rights violation.
For instance, there is a story story of innocent man who was caught by police because somebody identify him on the CCTV recording but after all his lawyer said that there is no evidance of his guiltines so he was released from police station. Isn't it incredibly awful how our pollice may arrest you just because of mistake?

However, we still live oour life and somebody can be so brave to change it! I also have one example. The is a story about the woman, whose name is Clara. She moved to a new house in countryside. And the she made some decisions about her new life and previous life in a big city. She wondered at how strange it felt to accept the kindness of stranges, something that rarely happened in the city. Well, she mussed one of the reasons she had opened to come to the countryside was precisely because she wanted to escape the selfish suspicious nature of living in the dog-eat-dog world of the city.

Moreove, talking about preleasure things. I sould mention some ways of relaxations, if you wanna have fun!

The Notting Hill Carnival is held in London but the carnival's origin

lie far away in the Caribbean. Then, they used to celebrate their freedom and native culture with catchy tunes, dances and different attractions. Now, this festival is held in August in London and it's a highly popular profitable event, which has Carribean roots. Further more If you love classical music, you'd better visit St. Petesburg, where the Musical Olympus International Festival is held. Concerts showcase fresh talents and also connect international huge stars on one stage.

By the way, there is one interesting fact aboy the music. In 1991 people liked listen the radio but they had no electricity and batteries was so expensive. Trevor Baylis decided to create a special radio that does not depend on electricity and without battaries but with clockwork motor from toy car. Young boy got in touch with the BBC and there was given the opportunity to demonstrate his invention. And he got fantastic results. He was to help change lives in many under-developed countries in Africa.

All in all, Iwould like to say that our life is amazing.
