The Letter of Complain

Dear Madam,
I am writing to complain about a dress order I placed through your website www.dressforprom.com on 25th November. Unfortunately,  I have some problem with the product.

In the product description on your site indicated that the dress has a length below the knee and the color of dress is blue, but it doesn't. To make matter worse the dress bigger then I ordered. Furthermore the dress has a few holes at the hem.

I would appreciate it if you could replace the dress. In addiction I believe I deserve an explanation for the delay. I am sending the dress back to you.

In this picture we can see a group of Russian students in America. I think, that they are at school's library, because  there are lot's of books behind them. Also we can see, that they are talking about something. I believe that they are  talking about their timetable or about the purpose of international exchange, because they need to have results after their trip. All students are very excited, because the teacher is talking about interesting work and wonderful events!
More over we can observe, that all  Russian students have big and blue bags. To my mind the American school has presented the bags for them, because New Bern's symbol is  on the bags. Also I think that there are  some souvenirs with the logo of the school, city and country. inside the bags.
I think that after their disscusion they will go to diffrent classrooms with their host sisters or brothers. And of course they will have a great time during the lessons. 

Internation Exchanges

International exchanges  give a lot to people who take part in them. And it is not only an increase in the knowledge of the language, learn cultures and traditions of different countries, it is also an incredible experience that you will use in the future it gives us an amazing chance to feel, see and understand ow people live in other countries, to understand how we are similar and how we are different! Moreover it is a lot of hard work after which you will always get positive feelings and have good results!!
During this exchange I was enjoying all the moments which happened with me! I am so thankful to Epiphany School that you gave this wonderful opportunity to be a part of you! I am also thankful to my host family that you did a lot for me!
This experience I will never forget...

Valentina Tereshkova - Yuri Gagarin

Valentina Vladimirovna Tereshkova  is the first woman to  fly in space ( YG is the first man ). She was  born 6 March 1937 ( YG March 9, 1934 ). June 16th, 1963 Valentina had her first flight (YG 12th April, 1961), the name of the cosmic spaceship was Vostok 6 ( YG Vostok 1 ), The Start was  at Baikonur ( YG the same ). More over Valentina is the woman, who made a flight alone ( YG the same ). She was the tenth person, who was in space ( YG is the first ). Her flight  lasted almost  three days ( YG 108 minutes ).  Also Tereshkova's callsign during the flight was "The Seagull" ( YG - Cedar ) and her phrase that she uttered before the start: "Hey! Heaven! Take off your hat! " ( UG Let's go! ). After the flight she became a Major General ( YG Major ).
