  I am writing to complain about the book, which I orded from your shop four months ago. 

  First of all before a got my order, I had been waiting it for a long time.

  What is more when I found out , that it wasn't the book, I orded.

  I am very disappointed indeed and I hope, that steps will be taken to rectify this situation.
