I am writing to complain about a dress order I placed through your website www.dressforprom.com on 25th November. Unfortunately, I have some problem with the product.
In the product description on your site indicated that the dress has a length below the knee and the color of dress is blue, but it doesn't. To make matter worse the dress bigger then I ordered. Furthermore the dress has a few holes at the hem.
I would appreciate it if you could replace the dress. In addiction I believe I deserve an explanation for the delay. I am sending the dress back to you.
